our neighborhood
the view out our window
our humble abode (for now)
the widowmaker!! (little white thing where the shower head should be) water passes through this electrical device (sound dangerous yet?) to heat the water
Your hot water heater is similar to the heater used in Uganda (the water temperature was the same with the power switch off or on) - 220V power connected to the shower head seems dangerous.
Hey! Great to hear from you! Not only is the 'widowmaker' hardwired, the wires bringing power to the unit are all wrapped in electrical tape, loosely I might add!
This blog is designed to help keep you up to date on the latest happenings in Josh & Alli's life as they strive to love the Lord with all they hearts, souls, and minds.

I love the pics of the neighborhood and then the alligators. Hopefully, the alligators don't live IN the neighborhood!

LOVE the pics!!! The house looks very quaint :). And I didn't realize you had your own "living room"!! That's awesome!
Jenn,
Gracias a Dios, the crocs DON'T live in the neighborhood! Although, the potholes are big enough to house a few!
Liz,
Yeah! We have our own little suite! God has definitely blessed us since we've been here; between the car, the family, the house. Its awesome!
